Individual Therapy
Sometimes it just helps to talk with someone and simply say things out loud. Other times, you’re looking for coping tools or strategies for working through new challenges. Individual therapy is a great place to address all of this and more.
Couples/Relationship Therapy
Often, our relationships aren’t what we imagined they would be and they become harder and harder to manage. Therapy should be a safe place to speak about those issues with your loved ones and find a way to move forward. Couples/Relationship therapy is a great place to address communication issues, sensitive topics, and more. Relationship therapy is inclusive of all sizes and shapes of couples, families, and friends.
Group Therapy
Group therapy can be great for couples or individuals with common life experiences to discuss. With varying topics, group therapy can provide a safe space to discuss those experiences, to share your struggles and to create a path forward.

Unfortunately I don't accept insurance. Insurance companies only cover mental health diagnoses and the reality is the majority of my clients don't require a mental health diagnosis. However, many clients are able to secure out-of-network benefits with their insurance companies to reimburse the cost of the sessions, depending on the plan. I'm more than happy to discuss how this process could work for you.

Any credit/debit card, cash or check will be accepted. This includes FSA, and HSA cards and checks as well.

The short answer is for the vast majority of clients, yes it can be very effective. I recommend this article for clarifying more about common misconceptions about couples therapy and what usually leads to successful couples therapy.
