For some those changes can be wonderful and thrilling and for others those changes are devastating and heartbreaking. The thing is, it can be hard to navigate each change, no matter which direction it takes. I’m here to walk with you as you figure out how to move forward and evolve into the person you want to be. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, based on how you personally want to approach therapy.
